THE ONLY CITY I WOULD WANT TO VISIT!

Who doesn't love fantasy? Who doesn't love a thriller? That was a rhetorical question, EVERYONE loves them!

Well that was just an overwhelmed me forcing my opinions on others. Jokes aside though, I am a person who lives for fantasies and thrillers. I am always in search of content that makes me imagine and feel things that are unbelievable and inexplicable. Something that makes me feel as if I am in a different world, that is just mine. It is the best feeling in the world.

While I was searching for something exactly like that, I came across a beautiful fantasy/thriller novella and I just can't stop blabbering about it ever since I read it. First off, I was and still am a little new to the world of novellas and this was one of the best reading experiences I've ever had. 

For an avid reader like I, this was an absolute delight. I cannot help but think that something this extraordinary deserves to be celebrated around the world. Before I can't stop myself from praising this book, let me briefly explain what it is about.

So the story basically revolves around the protagonist, Charlie James, who is a member of a special agency set up by the United Nations to fight the fiendish threat the world is facing. After completing  his training, Charlie is sent on a solo mission which is unfortunately linked with his devastating past. While trying to find someone very dear to him, he makes some very disturbing discoveries which substantially bring about really tragic turns to the story.

Also, there is a great short story at the end of the book and that was just a cherry on the cake. It was such a wonderful experience.

This story is just so exhilarating and I couldn't help myself from reading it all in one go. This book could not be praised and recommended enough, If you like anything near fantasy/thriller or fiction for that matter, or want to begin reading, this is an excellent piece of writing to begin with.

LET'S GET THE CHILLS!

There are many kinds of readers, but I suspect that I have ever met any reader who hasn't read any thrillers. It is one of the most loved genres out there, and well its not without a reason. Today I am going to talk about one such brilliant thriller which I can assure you, will blow your mind to a degree that would be inexplicable.  " THE LIES WE WERE PEOMISED", by Rachel Ivan is a gripping story of Kerensa, who in search of her missing father, leaves her life in London and decides to visit India. LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO READ? THAT'S YOUR STOP!

 A reader can never stop looking for new books and as much of a nuisance it might be to our TBR pile and our bank accounts, it is one of those 'guilty pleasure' things we all have, isn't it?
